If the program is cancelled by Evolve with Desera all money paid is refunded.

Cancellation is accepted verbally or in writing and the following applies:

1. Cancellation less than 7 days before the program commencement date: 20% deposit is forfeited.
2. Cancellation more than 7 days before the program commencement date: if a participant gives more than 7 days notice of cancellation and agrees to move to another program date then 20% deposit will not be forfeited.

NOTE: If program fee payment has been made by personal cheque, refund is not processed until confirmation that the payment cheque has cleared the bank.
